The official warranty for Sunway products is 5 years from the date of sale or production of heaters and heated towel rails, 2 years for the thermostat. The service life of the devices is from 30 years. 1. Warranty service directly through the Manufacturer Sunway If the goods are purchased through the official websites: sunway.ua or s-w.com.ua, then the service takes place through the Manufacturer at the factory in the city of Kiev. For service you need: • refer to the contact numbers of the site; • specify the Surname for which the order was placed; • clarify the model of a heater or heated towel rail; • receive an SMS with a guide for sending goods to the service; • upon shipment, the Buyer is obliged to insure the goods, that is, to indicate its real value. If the carrier damages the goods during transportation, and its estimated value indicated by the Buyer is lower than the real one - the Manufacturer will not be able to fulfill its warranty obligations; • Heaters are dispatched to the Manufacturer's warehouse without a CRATING, otherwise the Manufacturer will not be able to inspect the goods and take them for service. Delivery of panels and heated towel rails for service and return back to the buyer is carried out at the expense of the Manufacturer. Upon receipt of a working heater that does not require service, the Buyer pays for delivery. The term for inspection of the goods under warranty is 10 working days from the date of receipt. Further, the Manufacturer decides to Repair or replace the product with a New one. 2. Warranty service through Sunway Product Seller If the product is purchased through Sunway Dealers and Partners: "Rosette", "Foxtron", "Hello", "Comfi", "Epicenter", "Leroy Merlin", etc. For service you need: • contact the contact numbers of the site or store where the product was purchased; • get a guide for sending the goods to the service. 3. Warranty period for heaters and towel warmers Sunway The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase of the goods, which is fixed in the warranty card and is: 5 years - for heaters and heated towel rails and 2 years - for thermostats. If there is no stamp in the warranty card, then the warranty period is calculated from the date of production. 4. Exchange and return of Sunway products In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Buyer can exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. Heater exchange or refund of its cost to the buyer is possible provided: • the product was not in use, • preserved its presentation and consumer properties. 5. How to issue a return or exchange an item for another To return or exchange goods purchased through the official sites: sunway.ua or s-w.com.ua, you must: • will refer to the contact numbers of the site; • specify the Surname for which the order was placed; • clarify the model of a heater or heated towel rail; • receive an SMS with a guide for returning the goods. • upon shipment, the Buyer is obliged to insure the goods, that is, to indicate its real value. If the carrier damages the goods during transportation, and its estimated value indicated by the sender will be lower than the real one - the Manufacturer will not be able to fulfill its obligations to the Buyer; • Heaters are shipped to the Manufacturer's warehouse without any additional crate. Otherwise, the Manufacturer will not be able to inspect the goods and take them to the warehouse. Delivery of Sunway products at the request of the Buyer for exchange or return is carried out at the expense of the Buyer. The manufacturer receives the goods, inspects them and makes an exchange or returns the value of the goods to the Buyer. The term for exchange or refund of the value of the goods is up to 5 working days from the date of receipt of the goods at the manufacturer's warehouse. 6. Refusal to accept Sunway products for service, return or exchange The manufacturer has the right to refuse to accept the goods in the event of: • significant defects of the goods (cracks, chips, damage to the case, etc.), which arose due to deliberate or careless actions of the Buyer or third parties; • the rules for the operation of the goods were violated; • storage or installation rules are violated; • the goods were opened and repaired by the Buyer, which led to its malfunction.
